Connor and Abby are sent to a coastal village, where they discover a farmer is concealing a Labyrinthodont, which has been attacking the local cattle and killed a tourist. Connor and Abby force it back through the anomaly, while Matt follows the tracker Emily carried to a cemetery where Ethan has taken her and left her bound and gagged inside a coffin. Matt rescues Emily but Ethan escapes. Gideon warns Matt that Ethan presents a terrible danger to humanity.
